Sample Shipping Guidelines Please do not ship any samples prior to contacting HIHG. Please notify William Hulme via email (WHulme@med.miami.edu) when your samples are ready to ship and give an approximate delivery date and tracking information. Please attach a copy of the Service Project Information Form and the Sample Manifest (including sample numbers & amount of sample (concentration, volume and ug) in each tube) to this email. Enclose a paper copy of the Sample Manifest in your shipment as well. Please ship your samples to: Please be sure to follow all applicable IATA transportation (http://www.iata.org/index.htm) regulations for packaging and shipping. We prefer samples being shipped Monday-Wednesday of the week. Please ship samples for Next Day Delivery. For drop off samples please contact William Hulme to make the necessary arrangements. |
