  1. Design of experiments in gene expression, CGH (Comparative Genome Hybridization), ChIP (chromatin immunoprecipitation)-for promoter analyses, DNA methylation
  2. Isolation and qualitative assessment of RNA
  3. Amplification of RNA, if needed
  4. DNA and amplified RNA labeling
  5. Hybridization of labeled nucleic acids to Agilent, Nimblegen, Affymetrix or any custom oligo- or cDNA microarrays
  6. Scanning (resolution up to 5 micron) of any microarrays printed on 1" x 3" slides or Affymetrix arrays
