The Hussman Institute for Human Genomics' sequencing facility is located in the Biomedical Research Building and is part of the HIHG Center for Genome Technology (CGT). The CGT houses several sequencing platforms that facilitate low, medium and high throughput sequencing. In our "Services Provided" section please find a brief overview of each platform and their associated requirements in order to make the proper platform selection for your sequencing needs.
