HIHG Genotyping Overview

The genotyping facility is located in the Biomedical Research Building (BRB) and is part of the center for genomic technology (CGT) of the HIHG core facility. It features a number of genotyping platforms ranging from low, and medium to high throughput. The choice of platform depends on the number of samples and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) or other loci to be interrogated. In our "Services Provided" section please find a brief overview of each platform and its requirements in order to make the proper platform selection for your genotyping project.
